How We Do Your Tax Returns
Appointment at your site? The majority of our clients prefer to have their returns prepared in their own homes or sometimes at a place of business. All we need is a well lit, comfortable work space.
You need to have I.D. (first time clients) your wage documents; W-2’s, 1099’s, mortgage interest and all other tax documents. We also may need access to two outlets or an extension cord for our laptop and printer.
We do all the rest!
The advantages of us coming to you begin with us fitting into your schedule. All documents and papers should be at your home. If a document is missing, it is usually around the house somewhere.
You will not need to schedule a baby sitter (we love kids!). And you are more comfortable in your own home.
Trusted Tax Counseling & On Site Processing
We input your personal information into the computer, then your income and deductions. We talk extensively about possible credits and other deductions that you may not have thought of or be aware of. Once we have uncovered all possible credits and deductions, your tax returns are then finished and a personal copy is printed and signed on the spot. 99% of the time we are able to complete your return in one visit.
If you have Wi-Fi, we can transmit your return to the IRS immediately. Otherwise, when we return to our office, we will transmit your return over our secure line. Your refunds will be directly deposited into your account over the next 4-15 days. That’s it…until we see you again next year!
Tax Return By US Mail* Or Email
You can also send us copies of your tax documents or scan and email us your information, wages, deduction, ID etc. to our secure site. We take this information and prepare your tax returns, no matter where you live. If we have questions, we will ask you before or after we receive your data. We double check every form and then call you when we have a final result. When you are satisfied with that result, we will e-file your return with the proper state office and the IRS. We will email you a copy of your tax return, and your refund will be deposited into your bank account.
*US Mail: Advanced Tax Service? cannot guarantee timely filing of returns received by us after April 10th.
